I had a very pleasant experience for buying Home. Nitul was very professional while working with us in finding our house. He answered all my questions and gave me good advise. It was a pleasure doing business with him.He worked hard to make sure we understood the best options and area for buying property, He was always available for a showing and worked out his schedule. also ''helped us negotiate a pretty good price on the house of our choice''. Nitul Thakkar was an perfect example of the saying, "Doing it right". We were connected through a mutual friend and from the moments of our first in-person interaction, i knew he was the one to help me find my first house. I told him everything that my family and I were looking for in a home and he showed us exactly those. Nitul was responsive to my messages, had vast knowledge in real estate, location, applying for loans, customer service and much much more.There was one week where he showed me 2-3 houses per day, talk about being accountable to his word of finding us a place to call home. After months of looking and putting down offers on multiple homes, we closed on a house all thanks Nitul. For that, we owe him so much. Thanks Nitul.
